Seborrheic Keratosis is a very common skin lesion. Seborrheic Keratosis is often mistaken for nevi (moles). Despite their appearance, Seborrheic Keratosis are benign (innocent) skin lesions that with proper treatment (Laser) are evaporated and completely cured. The main reason for their appearance is the chronic exposure to sunlight and the increased production of keratinocytes that are located in epidermis, the outermost layer of the skin.
