What are Skin Tags?

The Skin Tags (Moles) are benign, skin growths. They are usually skin-colored or darker and sometimes they are pink. They are connected to the skin by a small, thin stalk and grow slowly. They are caused by the Human Papilloma Virus (HPV), which belongs to the same family with the viruses that cause genital warts and warts, with the difference of the location, the fact that they have no subtypes, and that the skintags are not as contagious as genital warts and other skin warts.

Genital warts appear in the genital, perianal, oral and pharyngeal areas, and are divided into subtypes. The warts appear mainly on the hands, feet, soles and face (cheeks) and are distinguished in subtypes.
